Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for a career in the Engineering sector? 91̽»¨ has a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients for a 1st Year Mechanical Fitter Apprenticeship (CERT 3 Engineering - Mechanical 1), located in the inner suburbs of Brisbane.

This reputable organisation delivers high-quality, precision hydraulic repairs for all types of hydraulic components. Work with a range of cylinders, pumps, valves and motors to keep hydraulic systems working at optimal efficiency!

91̽»¨ the role:

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience:

• Perform bench work including assembly and disassembly of mechanical components
• Clean, measure, inspect and test mechanical components
• Operate hand tools and lifting equipment etc
• Assist in hands on activities in the workshop such as repairs, machining components and installations, adhering to WHS

What we're looking for:

• Mechanical aptitude/interest, strong communication skills, career focused, good work ethic
• Takes initiative, eager and willing to learn, attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions, ability to work autonomously or within a team environment
• Cert 2 Engineering (preferred, but not essential)
• Driver's License and Own Vehicle
