91̽»¨ the role:
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills with hands on experience and also gain invaluable insights into the exciting world of the racing industry:
- Maintaining the racecourse's training facilities, parks and gardens
- Mowing, planting, hedging, and weeding lawns and other turf areas
- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment e.g. mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
- Some Saturday work will be required depending on race days
What we're looking for: - Genuine enthusiasm for landscaping and horticulture
- Able to follow instructions, ability to work autonomously or within a team environment, Physical fitness and motivation
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills under the guidance of experienced professionals
- Driver's License and Own Vehicle
