We are a recruitment agency operating in Shailer Park. We are currently seeking an internal Trainee to support through a Business Administration Certificate. The role is very flexible and can be full time/ part time but we expect a minimum of 3 days per week. Depending on the work hours, work from home may be negotiated.
Qualifications & experience
- Currently enrolled or willing to enroll in a Certificate II/III in Business Administration
- Successfully completed a recent QCE or equivalent (mandatory)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A willingness to learn
- Must have a drivers license and car (there is no public transport near us)
Tasks & responsibilities
- General Administration
- Reception
- Manage office supplies and orders
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of documentation
- Shared inbox management
- Data entry and system maintenance
- Other adhoc admin tasks as required
