We are a recruitment agency operating in Shailer Park. We are currently seeking an internal Trainee to support through a Business Administration Certificate. The role is very flexible and can be full time/ part time but we expect a minimum of 3 days per week. Depending on the work hours, work from home may be negotiated.

Qualifications & experience

  • Currently enrolled or willing to enroll in a Certificate II/III in Business Administration
  • Successfully completed a recent QCE or equivalent (mandatory)
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A willingness to learn
  • Must have a drivers license and car (there is no public transport near us)

Tasks & responsibilities

  • General Administration
  • Reception
  • Manage office supplies and orders
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of documentation
  • Shared inbox management
  • Data entry and system maintenance
  • Other adhoc admin tasks as required
