As an ICT Managed Service HelpDesk Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ IT systems. You’ll be part of a dedicated team responsible for managing tickets, handling help desk calls, and implementing various IT projects. Duties will involve:Ìý

- Ticket Management: Efficiently handle incoming support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex problems when necessary.

- Help Desk Support: Answer phone calls and respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide remote assistance to resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

- Project Work: Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Contribute to project planning, execution, and documentation.
