We have an exciting opportunity for a Business or Accounts Administration Trainee to join our team to gain on the job experience while completing a Certificate III in Business or Accounts Administration in a supportive environment.Ìý

An attractive above award wage of $25 per hourÌýwill be paid during your traineeship. Ongoing full time employment will be offered upon completion to the right person.

91̽»¨ the opportunity:

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Accounts Receivables – receipting of monies / debtor follow up
  • Accounts Payable – coding and input of supplier invoices
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Sales reporting
  • Maintain and update third party portals
  • Office filing
  • Telephone answering
  • Assist internal sales / preparing sales quotes
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Preparation of warehouse stock map locations

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a team playerÌý
  • Work autonomously on set tasks through to completion

  • Good computer skills
