Role Description:
- Assist in the installation of wall and ceiling linings under the supervision of qualified tradespeople
- Apply Workplace Health & Safety requirements, policies, and procedures in the construction industry
- Use tools and equipment specific to wall and ceiling lining
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboard and other lining materials
- Prepare surfaces for lining and finishing
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance
Essential Criteria:
- Ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
- Genuine interest in the wall and ceiling lining trade
- Be a safe and confident worker
- Willingness to travel
- Hold a White Card (or be willing to obtain one before starting)
- Must have a car and a driver’s license
- Minimum of Year 10 schooling
