KJA Automotive is located in Bayswater Victoria, servicing all surrounding suburbs as well as Belgrave, Selby and the hills area. We are a family run business with over 28 years experience in the
automotive repair industry with a strong focus on customer service and high-quality repairs. Our workshop uses the latest tools and equipment to ensure that all our repairs maintain a high standard.
You will be joining a team of 2 highly experienced mechanics in a busy workshop. We are all about having a work/life balance.

Our successful applicant will require the following attributes:
- Hold a Light Vehicle Mechanic Trade Qualification or working towards one.
- Show a commitment to completing Trade School study blocks and be eager to learn from an experienced mechanic.Ìý The applicant must be dedicated to the trade and completion of an apprenticeship.
- Competent work skills and able to produce quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual and honest.
- Good communication skills and able to be a team player but also able to work independently.
- Good diagnostic and scan tool experience
- Be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
- Strong work ethic
- Good Initiative
- Good problem-solving skills
- Current Driver's licence (manual) and hold a good driving record.
What we offer:
- Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- 38 hour week plus overtime.
- 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday- Friday
- Closed all public holidays
- 3-week closure over Christmas Period (taken as annual leave)
